Theo is a premium vinegar brand by Hela, rooted in the Balema vinegar cellar in Kehl-Marlen, Baden — a family operation spanning five generations since 1868. Following the "ACETUM 1868 GERMANITUS" brewhouse code, Theo products are crafted through slow fermentation using regional ingredients with zero artificial additives, preservatives, or synthetic colorants.
