With 65,000+ patients served and over 10 million views, CannaZen operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The brand launched during Germany's cannabis legalization wave, establishing itself through an aggressive omni-channel marketing strategy spanning from Bundesliga stadium advertising to creator documentaries across 5 countries.

What Was the Problem?

Launching a cannabis health brand from zero in a newly legalized, heavily regulated market. Advertising restrictions, platform policies, and social stigma made traditional digital marketing nearly impossible. CannaZen needed an unconventional full-channel approach — from stadium ads to Reddit, from TikTok to long-form documentaries — to build national visibility fast.
